1. When will your order be shipped?
Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, we will send you tracking information via email so you can monitor your delivery status.
Note: If you order multiple items, you may receive multiple packages if one item is ready to ship before others in the order. There is no extra charge for this. You will receive tracking numbers for each separate shipment.

Standard Shipping : We offer standard shipping(free), and your order will typically be delivered within 8 to 15 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.
Expedited Shipping : We offer expedited shipping services to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Spain and France.
For each order, an additional fee of $15 USD will be applied for this service.
With expedited shipping, your package is expected to arrive within 7–11 days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.
