i love it!!!
the design is so cute, packaging was nice, and foremost good quality. i was a little hesitate seeing other reviews but personally for me the audio was amazing, the headphone is able to so spatial sound, switching between left and right. for this price, it is so worthy. i'm going to get a second one since my sister ended up liking it as well:D
fyi, shipping was kinda weird but at least i had a good experience with customer support via email. they respond so promptly.

Extremely cute packaging, no complaints here--the box it comes with is adorable, and the design on the headphones themselves are clean and nothing is chipped or misaligned. The bag is also super cute!! Everything was packaged pretty well, so I don't think anything was damaged either.
Will definitely use it if I don't return everything...

The main problem is the actual audio--the left side has higher volume consistently with hardly anything coming from the right ear, so if I increase the volume, my left ear hurts while I still barely hear anything from the right.

Also, the audio quality is NOT good. It's not clear/crisp, and everything just sounds like I'm hearing things at an airport. If I had to receive calls on this at my job I would have a hard time actually carrying a conversation. Also I can hear everything outside really well?

I'm also still trying to figure out how to get it to connect via bluetooth--if I can't figure it out (yes, I'm reading the manual), I'm returning this for good. It's a shame this didn't work out because I was really excited and I rarely do online shopping :(

I like the box and the headphones

The presentation is wonderful but the bluetooth only has audio on the right side of the headphones. Trying to see how I can troubleshoot this. I really like it for the aesthetic.
